Order Processing and Shipping

We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, that's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within one business day. We pull orders daily at 10 am and 1 pm (EST) for processing, and we will process most orders within a few hours of receipt. This may vary depending on time of year and store volume. We use USPS, UPS, and Fedex as our shippers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. PLEASE NOTE; DUE TO THE TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF FRAUD WE ARE EXPERIENCING ON  OUR WEBSITE, WE WILL CALL TO CONFIRM EACH ORDER. THIS APPLIES TO ANY NEW CUSTOMER THAT WE DO NOT PERSONALLY KNOW. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVE OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD BY SUBMITTING  PHOTO OF THE CARD AND THE CARD OWNERS DRIVER'S LICENSE/ID.

Please note there are a few very heavy, oversized items that are not available for shipping. They can only be picked up or delivered locally. This is noted in the description of these items. 

Curbside Pickup

We offer curbside pickup each day. Simply call us, or place your order on-line and select the pickup option during checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready, typically within 2 hours. You can pull up on the street beside our store, Central Ave., and give us a call. We will place your order in your trunk and away you go! If you need things in a hurry just select your items online and call us to process over the phone.
 

Local Delivery Options

Holiday Delivery

Last delivery day is Wednesday, December 23. We will begin a modified delivery schedule in January, and all deliveries will be on one day per week, which is Wednesday or Thursday. 

We deliver orders locally Wednesday and Thursday. We will contact you with regards to your delivery date, once your order has been processed. This schedule will change when it is a busy time of year. 

Orders over $75.00 (pretax) are delivered free of charge to Bryn Mawr, and surrounding towns near the store. Orders under $75.00 can be delivered for a $10.00 delivery fee. Our delivery area covers the area bounded by Rt.3 to the south, Rt 1 to the east, I76 to the north and the Paoli Turnpike to the west. This includes the following towns: Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Merion Station, Wynnewood, Havertown, Narberth, Gladwyne, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Radnor, Wayne, Devon, Berwyn, Malvern, Newtown Square, and Villanova.  If you have any questions about our delivery service, or if your town isn't on the list, please call the store to discuss. 

Standard Shipping Rates

We estimate shipping charges based on the total of your order, before tax and before any coupons are applied.

Rates are roughly as follows, but they are SYSTEM GENERATED USING AN ALGORITHM:

Expedited Shipping Rates

We offer expedited shipping, which typically can arrive in 2-3 days, but depends on carrier. Please include a note in checkout if you need an item by a specific date. Estimated expedited shipping charges are based on the total of your order, before tax and before any coupons are applied. These are only estimates and we will call you and give you the exact quote if you are requesting overnight shipping. Most of our orders leave same day or the following day as a general rule.

Changes to Checkout Shipping Rates

The shipping rates our cart system generate are estimates, and may not always be accurate, especially when dealing with oversized items. We reserve the right to review all shipping charges prior to shipping any online order. If higher adjusted shipping fees are needed, we will contact you prior to completing your order to obtain your approval for the higher shipping rates. Please note that we do offer free shipping for most orders over $150.00. We do not offer free shipping for oversized or unusually heavy items at any time.
